Since the beginning in 2016, we have experienced a tenfold increase in size – expanding from three founders to thirty people. The core team operates in Tallinn with branches in Riga, Vilnius and St. Petersburg. Our service portfolio includes communications and marketing, public affairs, change and development management, corporate social responsibility strategies, employer branding, virtual events, and production supporting the aforementioned.

Miltton New Nordics offers a range of services ranging from strategic consultancy to efficient campaign execution. After acquiring one of the largest communications agencies in Estonia, JLP Communications, Miltton New Nordics has over 20 consultants to serve its customers across the New Nordics.
